If I were to make it the way my mom had taught me, the cake would come out delicious.

2. The more x

* the more x happens/in a certain state, the more another thing will happen/be in a certain state

patterns:

*for するverbs, the final するis usually omitted

B. 「なadj」+ なら「なadj」+ なほど、「the result phrase」。

ex: 便利なら便利なほど

C. 「なadj/noun」+ であれば(「なadj/noun」+ で)あるほど、「the result phrase」。

The more you speak the foreign language, you will become better at speaking. Additionally, the more you read, your amount of vocabulary will increase.

3. Centering on X; focusing mainly on X; with X as the center/focus/leader

「はずです。」

「はずの~」+「noun」

はず is a dependent noun, and it expresses empathy/a believed truth in the 「phrase in short form」
